This Personal Use Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase by and between the Purchaser (“Licensee”) and [Music Provider or Artist Name] (“Licensor”). By purchasing or downloading the licensed material (“Music”), the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Grant of License

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Music, including copyrights. The Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Music.

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective upon purchase and shall remain in effect unless terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Music.

6. No Warranties

The Music is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Music.

8. Governing Law
